Do you work with public and non-public schools?
We plan services according to each school’s requirements and written agreement. NYC public schools can also review our vendor information under AMC PHOTO Inc, vendor number AMC010000.
Can families order after picture day?
Yes. Online proof galleries may remain available for up to five years, and the parent continues choosing the photograph. Photo selections completed during the three-day school-delivery window can receive free delivery with the school’s group order. Later selections are sent to the family’s home, and home-delivery charges apply.
What if a student misses picture day?
Schools may schedule a make-up day. Families can also contact us to ask whether an absentee or retake appointment is available at the Rego Park studio.
How early should a school reserve a date?
Reserve as early as practical, especially for graduation season and other high-demand dates. A reservation can begin before every program detail is final.
